Today’s Monologue

Our last newsletter talked about fossilized zombie politicians and how they were nothing more than slaves for behind-the-curtain wizards. 

Let's stay on the topic of fossils, more specifically, dinosaurs. 

We live in a food chain world where no species is safe. To live a long life on this planet is hard work. There really isn't such a thing as a sustained, peaceful existence. That, of course, includes human beings. We generally have to work to support ourselves, and, let's not kid ourselves, there are predators among us— from thugs to crazies, from drunks to authoritarians.

There has always been a fight for survival. It's part of the deal. 

Think back to the dinosaurs' Jurassic era when carnivores hunted anything that moved. While herbivores were content to nibble on leaves and berries, the carnivores feasted on the nibblers. There was a constant, chaotic state of war, a state of emergencies, lockdowns when T-Rex was in the vicinity, and God knows what other forms of terror were in play. Needless to say, all hell was breaking loose 24/7.
