In an era of careful, formulaic, predictable media and politics - I’m always on the lookout for people who are doing it differently. Trying to stand out. Trying something new. When you’re running against a behemoth, breaking through is tough. Changing the conversation and focus is very tough. We’ve been begging the GOP to go on offense here, as you know.

If you listened to me discussing the Ramaswamy campaign this morning, I said he’s daring to go everywhere instead of exclusively focusing on the early primary states. That’s different. Will it work? Maybe not. But it’s bold, fresh, and new. That’s why I’m looking forward to the DeSantis-Newsom debate.
